    • 10 tbsp tomato sauce

    • 5 gluten free pizza bases (9'')

    • 250g Galbani® Ricotta

    • 250g spinach, wilted and well drained

    • 2 large orange peppers, chopped

    • 30 black olives

    • 15 slices Galbani® Mozzarella Block

    • 1 Galbani® Mozzarella Ball (125g)

    • fresh basil to garnish

  • Method

    • 1 Preheat the oven to 220°C.

    • 2 Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza bases and top with teaspoons of Ricotta, spinach, peppers, olives and sliced Mozzarella (from 1kg block).

    • 3 Place on baking sheets and cook in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.

    • 4 Top with the torn Mozzarella Ball and fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
