  • Ingredients

    • 20g grated Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano DOP

    • 90g Galbani Julienne Mozzarella

    • 40g Gabani Dolcelatte

    • 15g Honey

    • 10g Walnuts

    • Olive Oil to drizzle

  • Method

    • 1 Sprinkle the grated Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese onto the pizza base first, followed by the Julienne Mozzarella.

    • 2 Evenly place the Dolcelatte on top and drizzle the pizza with olive oil.

    • 3 Cook in a pizza oven at 450oF for 60 seconds. Alternatively, place pizza on a pizza stove and insert in an oven at 300oF for 60 seconds.

    • 4 Remove pizza from the oven once the crust turns golden.

    • 5 Drizzle the honey on to the pizza and add the walnuts on top to finish.
