1 Sprinkle the grated Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese onto the pizza base first, followed by the Julienne Mozzarella.
2 Evenly place the Dolcelatte on top and drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
3 Cook in a pizza oven at 450oF for 60 seconds. Alternatively, place pizza on a pizza stove and insert in an oven at 300oF for 60 seconds.
4 Remove pizza from the oven once the crust turns golden.
5 Drizzle the honey on to the pizza and add the walnuts on top to finish.
