  • Ingredients

    • 150g Galbani Ricotta

    • 10g Galbani Julienne Mozzarella

    • 40g Salami Napoli

    • 20g N’duja Paste

  • Method

    • 1 Spread the n’duja paste evenly on to the pizza.

    • 2 Top with the ricotta and mozzarella.

    • 3 Evenly place the salami on top, and drizzle some olive oil over the pizza.

    • 4 Cook in a pizza oven at 450oF for 60 seconds. Alternatively, place pizza on a pizza stove and insert in an oven at 300oF for 60 seconds.

    • 5 Remove pizza from the oven once the crust turns golden.
