For the pizza dough:
200g flour
150g plain flour
1/2 a 7g sachet of fast-action dried yeast
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp salt
225ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the topping:
4 slices of Leerdammer Original Cheese
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
20g smoked ham, cut into cubes
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 clove garlic, finely sliced
1 sprig onion, leaves picked
Handful of basil
Handful of rocket
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
