1 Heat the wine in a large heavy based saucepan.
2 Add the Cricket St Thomas Brie and Seriously® Mature Cheddar a little at a time, stirring constantly until melted.
3 Mix the cornflour to a paste with a little water and stir into the cheese mixture until smooth.
4 Spoon the chutney into the bottom of a round serving dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and serve with bread sticks and crudités.
