  • Ingredients


    • 75ml white wine

    • 225g Cricket St Thomas Brie

    • 225g Seriously® Mature Cheddar, grated

    • 1/2 tsp cornflour

    • 50g caramelised onion chutney

  • Method

    • 1 Heat the wine in a large heavy based saucepan.

    • 2 Add the Cricket St Thomas Brie and Seriously® Mature Cheddar a little at a time, stirring constantly until melted.

    • 3 Mix the cornflour to a paste with a little water and stir into the cheese mixture until smooth.

    • 4 Spoon the chutney into the bottom of a round serving dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and serve with bread sticks and crudités.
