1 Spread the tomato sauce evenly across the pizza base.
2 Sprinkle the mozzarella and grated Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano DOP evenly across the base.
3 Add the basil and drizzle with olive oil.
4 Cook in a pizza oven at 450oF for 60 seconds. Alternatively, place pizza on a pizza stove and insert in an oven at 300oF for 60 seconds.
5 Remove pizza from the oven once the crust turns golden.
