    • 100g Cherry tomatoes

    • 50g Green & black olives

    • 50g Green & black grapes

    • 50g Blackberries

    • 100g Galbani Mortadella

    • 100g Galbani Prosciutto Crudo

    • 100g Galbani Salami Napoli

    • 100g Galbani Salami Milano

    • 100g Galbani Dolcelatte

    • 100g Galbani Mini Mozzarella

    • Selection of bread and crackers

  • Method

    • 1 Begin by wrapping a polystyrene cone in baking/ greaseproof paper.

    • 2 Gently stud it with cocktail sticks.

    • 3 Cut ingredients to manageable bite size pieces and stud onto the cone.

    • 4 Serve with a selection of bread and crackers.
