  • Ingredients


    • 250g Galbani Dolcelatte

    • 250g Prime beef fillet

    • 20g Fresh chives, finely chopped

    • 1 pinch Chilli flakes

    • 2 drops Tabasco sauce

    • 1 Lemon

    • 1 Shallot

    • 1 Garlic clove

    • 4 slices Sourdough bread

    • Seasoning

    • Olive oil

  • Method

    • 1 Finely chop the shallot and place in a bowl

    • 2 Crush garlic and add to bowl, mixing with a splash of olive oil

    • 3 Finely dice the steak and add to bowl, mix and chill until needed

    • 4 Slice the bread thinly and spread on a sheet of baking parchment with olive oil and seasoning

    • 5 Bake at at 175°C for 12 mins (allow to cool on a wire rack)

    • 6 Mix the chilli flakes and tabasco sauce into the steak and season with salt and pepper (taste)

    • 7 Spread a thick layer of the Galbani Dolcelatte onto the sliced bread

    • 8 Place the steak tartare on the bread, garnish with fresh chives and squeeze over lemon juice
