Finely chop the shallot and place in a bowl

Crush garlic and add to bowl, mixing with a splash of olive oil

Finely dice the steak and add to bowl, mix and chill until needed

Slice the bread thinly and spread on a sheet of baking parchment with olive oil and seasoning

Bake at at 175°C for 12 mins (allow to cool on a wire rack)

Mix the chilli flakes and tabasco sauce into the steak and season with salt and pepper (taste)

Spread a thick layer of the Galbani Dolcelatte onto the sliced bread

Place the steak tartare on the bread, garnish with fresh chives and squeeze over lemon juice
