1Flatten out the left-over pizza dough into an oval shape.
2Bake in a pizza oven until puffed up and crisp.
3Allow to cool slightly, then slice in half lengthways.
4Generously spread the ricotta inside the Panuozzo and top with sliced figs, prosciutto, sliced mozzarella, toasted pistachios, rocket, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic.
