    Ingredients


    • 200g Pizza dough

    • 50g Galbani Ricotta

    • 125g Galbani Mozzarella maxi

    • 50g Prosciutto Crudo

    • 10g Balsamic Vinegar

    • 10g Toasted pistachios

    • 2 Figs

    • 5g Rocket

  • Method

    • 1 Flatten out the left-over pizza dough into an oval shape.

    • 2 Bake in a pizza oven until puffed up and crisp.

    • 3 Allow to cool slightly, then slice in half lengthways.

    • 4 Generously spread the ricotta inside the Panuozzo and top with sliced figs, prosciutto, sliced mozzarella, toasted pistachios, rocket, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic.

    • 5 Close the Panuozzo, slice in half and enjoy.
