    Ingredients


    • 2 Slices brioche

    • 40g Galbani Mascarpone

    • 2 Ginger biscuits

    • 10g Marshmallow

    • 20g Strawberry Jam

  • Method

    • 1 Crush the ginger biscuits in a bowl and add a large spoonful of mascarpone and mix to incorporate.

    • 2 Spread the mascarpone mix onto one slice of brioche and cover with marshmallows. Spread strawberry jam on another slice and sandwich together.

    • 3 Place the sandwich in toaster and grill until oozing in the centre.
