1 To make the pizza, stretch out the dough into a flat round pizza shape and spoon over tomato sauce leaving a 2-inch space for the crust.
2 Slice the sprouts, chestnuts, and mozzarella to preference. Drizzle the brussels sprouts in oil and scatter around the pizza.
