250g Pizza dough
50g Tomato pizza sauce
30g Picked red onion
30g Sliced brussels sprouts
10g Olive oil
30g Cooked chestnuts
30g Galbani Nduja
50g Cranberry Sauce
100g Galbani mozzarella
1 To make the pizza, stretch out the dough into a flat round pizza shape and spoon over tomato sauce leaving a 2-inch space for the crust.
2 Slice the sprouts, chestnuts, and mozzarella to preference. Drizzle the brussels sprouts in oil and scatter around the pizza.
3 Follow with all the other ingredients and finish with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
4 Bake in a pizza oven until golden and crisp.
