    • 250g Pizza dough

    • 50g Tomato pizza sauce

    • 30g Picked red onion

    • 30g Sliced brussels sprouts

    • 10g Olive oil

    • 30g Cooked chestnuts

    • 30g Galbani Nduja

    • 50g Cranberry Sauce

    • 100g Galbani mozzarella

    • 10g Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Method

    • 1 To make the pizza, stretch out the dough into a flat round pizza shape and spoon over tomato sauce leaving a 2-inch space for the crust.

    • 2 Slice the sprouts, chestnuts, and mozzarella to preference. Drizzle the brussels sprouts in oil and scatter around the pizza.

    • 3 Follow with all the other ingredients and finish with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

    • 4 Bake in a pizza oven until golden and crisp.
