Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions are for the Lactalis Professional x Cricket St Thomas Giveaway. Each entry must be made by completing and submitting the website form at [Seasonally British Menus – Lactalis Professional | Foodservice]. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd, The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA.
3. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Katto and each entrant or participant releases Katto from any and all liability associated with the contest.
4. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
7. Only one entrant per household is permitted and only one entry per email address is permitted.
8. Entry must be made before 23:59 BST on 09.08.24. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
9. Ten winners will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
10. Each winner will receive, unless otherwise stated, a Katto knife. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
11. The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via email, within five days of the draw date.
12. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
13. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
14. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ may be announced on the Lactalis Professional Instagram page.
15. Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
16. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
17. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing communication, you will still receive an email for this promotion only to let you know if you have won and to arrange delivery of your prize. The surname and county of the verified winner will be made available as set out in the paragraph above and the winner can object to this by emailing data.protection@uk.lactalis.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
