These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the receipt and use of the toolkit made available by Lactalis McLelland Limited, whose registered address is at The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA (“Lactalis”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to selected operators (the “Toolkit”).
By accepting, receiving, opening, accessing, or using the Toolkit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not receive or use the Toolkit.
1.1 These Terms govern only:
1.2 These Terms do not create any obligation on Lactalis to provide any other services, materials, support, or commercial benefits.
2.1 The Toolkit is intended only for authorised business operators, trade customers, and other authorised recipients (“Operators”).
2.2 Ten (10) Operators will be selected by Lactalis to receive a physical Toolkit.
2.3 Selection is at Lactalis’ sole discretion, and Lactalis is under no obligation to select any particular Operator or to explain the reasons for its selection decisions.
2.4 By applying for, accepting, or receiving the Toolkit, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 Where selected, Lactalis will arrange for delivery of the physical Toolkit to the address provided by you or your organisation.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided to Lactalis are accurate, complete, and up to date.
3.3 Risk in the physical Toolkit shall pass to you upon delivery to the agreed address, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3.4 Title in the physical Toolkit, if applicable, remains with Lactalis unless and until ownership is expressly transferred in writing.
3.5 Lactalis is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by inaccurate delivery details, courier issues, force majeure events, or matters outside Lactalis’ reasonable control.
4.1 Subject to these Terms and any brand, campaign, or usage instructions provided by Lactalis, Lactalis grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use the Toolkit solely for the authorised business purpose communicated by Lactalis.
