    • 220g Cricket St Thomas Camembert 220g

    • 1 granny smith apple

    • 1 stick celery

    • 100g baby rocket

    • 60g smoked almonds

    • olive oil to dress the salad

    • micro celery cress

    • Maldon sea salt

    • pepper

  • Method

    • 1 Brunoise the apple and celery into small pieces.

    • 2 Slice the Cricket St Thomas Camembert into small wedges and dress lightly with the olive oil and Maldon sea salt.

    • 3 Cut the smoked almonds in half and add them to the camembert.

    • 4 Mix the rocket and micro celery together and add a pinch of Maldon sea salt and pepper, add extra olive oil if needed.
