1 granny smith apple
1 stick celery
100g baby rocket
60g smoked almonds
olive oil to dress the salad
micro celery cress
Maldon sea salt
1 Brunoise the apple and celery into small pieces.
2 Slice the Cricket St Thomas Camembert into small wedges and dress lightly with the olive oil and Maldon sea salt.
3 Cut the smoked almonds in half and add them to the camembert.
4 Mix the rocket and micro celery together and add a pinch of Maldon sea salt and pepper, add extra olive oil if needed.
