Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions are for the Lactalis Professional Instagram Christmas Giveaway. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd, The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA.
3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over who work in the food service industry (e.g. chefs, caterers, kitchen staff, or hospitality professionals).
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. To receive one entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must sign into Instagram and complete all of the following; i) Follow @lactalisprofessional_uk on Instagram, ii) Like the Giveaway Post which can be found on the @lactalisprofessional_uk Instagram feed, iii) Tag a fellow foodservice professional in a comment on the aforementioned Giveaway Post, iv) Post a dish made using a Lactalis Professional product and tag @LactalisProfessionalUK in the post. This post should show the Lactalis Professional packaging and the image must be original content.
8. The entry must fulfil the Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official Rules will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Giveaway entrants may not enter using multiple Instagram accounts or identities in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. Use of fraudulent methods or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Official Rules shall be grounds for immediate removal and ineligibility from the Giveaway.
9. Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT on 31.12.25. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
10. One winner will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
11. The winner will each receive, unless otherwise stated, a selection of CST Cheeses, Président Butter and Galbani Professionale Meats and Cheeses, as depicted in the prize visual. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
12. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within 5 days of the draw date.
13. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. As part of the claim process, the winner will be required to confirm their professional role and workplace name so that eligibility as a food service professional can be verified. If a winner fails to respond, declines the prize, provides an invalid UK address, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries. If any winner is deemed ineligible or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
14. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity. 
15. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ will be announced on the Lactalis Professional Instagram page and displayed on the Lactalis Professional terms and conditions website page.
16. Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., Caledonian Cheese Company, McLelland Cheese Packing, Fresh Milk Company Lubborn Cheese, its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
17. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
18. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
