Calling all hotel chefs and hoteliers! We have teamed up with Pennyhill Park chefs Sarah Frankland and David Atkinson, in conjunction with The Caterer, to challenge hotel chefs on Instagram to submit their ultimate Breakfast recipe of 2021 using Président Professional Butter as a hero ingredient.

2. Grab your Président Butter, get cooking and create a fresh and innovative A la carte or take-away breakfast dish using butter as a hero ingredient
3. Share your breakfast creations using the hashtag #BedandButter with an image and short description of the dish you created, highlighting where butter features within its composition
4. Closing date 23:59 Monday, 25th January 2021
Entries will be judged based on the specified criteria and techniques used. The judging panel will be looking for chefs who show innovation through new techniques and/or unusual ingredients, and suitability for serving in a hotel breakfast setting.
The judges’ decision in selecting the ten short-listed entries and the finalist entries will be final and binding.
